Meet our staff

JOLEEN CLINE
Joleen is a 1989 graduate of the University of California, Irvine.  She and her husband have lived in Plumas County since 1990 and have 4 sons.  Joleen has worked for a wide variety of business entities including private enterprises, mutual benefit corporations, land developers, non-profit agencies, home owners associations, special districts and non-profit agencies.  She also has 8 years experience in grant writing.  Early in her career, she was employed by the Plumas County Health Dept., and the Plumas County Office of Education.
